WHAT SETS US APART

Many law firms rely on “case managers”, who are typically not lawyers. All of our clients are
given immediate access to either Ms. Mendoza or Ms. Mattern, not a “case manager.” You will
never have to discuss your matter with an assistant, legal secretary or paralegal.

We do not contract with appearance attorneys, who are often inexperienced and therefore,
unfamiliar with the criminal courts. Ms. Mendoza and Ms. Mattern personally handle each
case.

Ms. Mendoza and Ms. Mattern communicate frequently with our clients by telephone and by
e-mail. We believe that it is important that you are aware of all developments in your matter,
